How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app. Open BirdieBuddie, navigate to the Profile tab, tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right, go to "Privacy", and select "Delete Account". Warning: This action cannot be undone.
How do I manage my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play Store. You can cancel, pause, or change your billing cycle in your device's subscription settings.
Why aren't my friends receiving my invites?
Ensure they have push notifications enabled for BirdieBuddie. If they are still missing invites, they can always manually accept friend requests or match invites from the Notifications tab within the app.
