1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BirdieBuddie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

BirdieBuddie offers an optional auto-renewable premium subscription that unlocks advanced statistical tracking, GPS functionality, and unlimited side games.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

3. Limitation of Liability

BirdieBuddie provides GPS distances and scorecard calculations "as is". We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of GPS distances and are not liable for any damages, lost wagers, or injuries that occur while using the application during your golf round. Always remain aware of your surroundings.

4. User Conduct

Users must not use the application to harass, abuse, or spam other players. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate community standards.
